SPA POLICIES

Le Haute Spa LLC is committed to providing exemplary service for our guests. To ensure value is at the forefront of business, we have implemented the following policies:

RESERVATIONS POLICY:

Contact us today so we can customize your package. All sessions must include minimum 4 guests and include the following amenities:

  • Cannabis Infused High Tea Sesh or/

  • Infused Cocktails;

  • Guest Robes;

  • Catered Edible Refreshments;

  • Soft Drinks;

  • Your Choice Of At Least 1 Holistic Service Per Guest At 30 Minutes.

Please don't hesitate to contact us at any time prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services and ask any questions you may have. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We require 7 days notice for group and Spa Party appointment cancellations/rescheduling. If required notice is not met, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

  • A 72 hours notice is required for all bookings; All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

  • If for any reason Le Haute Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given and full refund will be given.

  • A credit card or gift card is required to reserve appointments.

GRATUITY POLICY:

  • Please note prices do not include gratuities. A 20% gratuity will be assessed for our private spa parties and events of 6+ guests.

TARDINESS POLICY:

  • We value your time and we ask that you do the same. Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of spa treatments or event. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. We understand that oftentimes being tardy is unavoidable; however, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Deposit refunds will be granted if cancellation policy is observed;

  • All gift card sales are final;

  • Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging and presented with a receipt within 7 days of purchase.

PRICES POLICY:

  • Please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice as we are constantly expanding our suite of services to provide you the best. We are committed to keeping our website and spa updated for our esteemed guests.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY:

  • We ask that you please notify us before reserving your treatment if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant or any food allergies;

  • All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being and quality experience in mind.

MONETARY POLICY:

  • Le Haute Spa accepts Paypal payments, Le Haute Spa gift cards, bank debit cards and cash;       

  • Le Haute Spa gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:

  • Spa guests must be 21 years of age or older to receive treatments. 

MEMBERSHIP POLICY:

  • No Contract-No Annual Fees-No Cancellation Fee; 

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable memberships;

  • Membership payments are drafted on the first of each month;

  • Members must notify Le Haute Spa of any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information;

  • Members can benefit from our Client Referral Rewards Program – Members will earn a $30 spa service credit for new client referrals. Credit will be applied to member account once referred client has purchased at least $25 worth of services or products.
